- Your listing always appears at the top of search results pages in which you appear
- Your listing will sport an eye catching gold "FEATURED" tag

When is featured advertising useful?
When your listing appears in a city with multiple advertisers it increases the likelyhood of being the
first hit for potential clients visiting that city's page

When is it not useful?
if you advertise in a city with few listings it will not likely increase your conversion rate for potential clients, a
sponsor listing would be more useful as an attention and prestige builder.

Terms:
- Paid ad uptime is guaranteed, any down time will be compensated with 2x time lost.
- Unused months are refundable, not including the current month, used months will be calculated at the regular monthly rate if term has been less than 6 months, $15 banner cost will be deducted if term has been less than 6 months.
