In addition to the sensual arts I like to use a combination of massage modalities within a session, I call it Blended Therapy: Combining Deep Tissue, Cranial Sacral and Reiki for an amazing total mind-body experience.

Deep Tissue Massage is a deep massage with strong pressure that targets specific areas of the body. Designed to soften the muscle and warm the tissue to increase flexibility and relieve sore muscles.

Cranial Sacral Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive technique improves the cranial sacral system where the brain and spinal cord function. You'll experience a light touch and gentle holding of head, neck and shoulders that will assist with muscle and energy blockage.

Reiki/Energy Balancing is a powerful form of energy work utilizing your own energy (breathe) to rebalance and recharge, soothing away stress and boosting your body's self-healing.

Sessions are very personalized. I can also incorporate other modalities such as Swedish, Sports massage, reflexology and other modalities within a session or stick with just one technique if you wish. Heated lava stones are also used with each session. The heated stones are strategically placed in specific areas and also used with light lubrication to glide across the entire body, creating a rich warming sensation throughout.
